Calon Tysul Leisure Centre – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all members & users of Calon Tysul Leisure Centre (“the Centre”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing up for membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Management

1.1. All memberships and Direct Debit payments for Calon Tysul Leisure Centre are managed on our behalf by Ashbourne Management Services.

1.2. By entering into a membership agreement, you acknowledge that Ashbourne Management Services will act as the data processor for payment collection and membership administration.

1.3. All queries regarding billing, payment dates, or Direct Debit details should be directed to Ashbourne Management Services’ customer service team.

2. Membership Types & Access

2.1. Membership packages, prices, and benefits are displayed on our website and at reception.

2.2. The Centre reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or update membership categories and associated benefits. Where changes materially affect existing members, one months notice will be provided.

3. Direct Debit Payments

3.1. Monthly membership fees are payable in advance via Direct Debit collected by Ashbourne Management Services.

3.2. You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are correct and that sufficient funds are available for each payment.

3.3. Failed payments may result in administrative charges set by Ashbourne Management Services and/or suspension of access until the account is brought up to date.  Please see a breakdown of charges below. *

3.4. Ashbourne Management Services may attempt re-collection of failed Direct Debit payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel a Direct Debit membership.

4.2. Notice of cancellation must be submitted directly to Ashbourne Management Services or Calon Tysul via email.

The Centre cannot process cancellations at reception.

4.3. Membership will remain active and payments will continue until the 30-day notice period has been completed.

4.4. Your final prorated payment may differ depending on your billing cycle.

4.5. If you cancel the Direct Debit with your bank without following the proper notice procedure, your membership balance may remain outstanding, and Ashbourne Management Services will contact you regarding unpaid fees.

5. Freezing / Pausing Memberships

5.1. Memberships may be frozen under certain circumstances (e.g., medical reasons, temporary injury), subject to approval by Calon Tysul or Ashbourne Management Services.

5.2. Evidence may be required to support a freeze request.

5.3. Freezing periods may be subject to administrative fees set by Ashbourne Management Services.

6. Unforeseen Closures

6.1. The Centre may close temporarily for reasons including, but not limited to: essential maintenance, facility improvements, health and safety concerns, extreme weather, staff shortages, events beyond reasonable control.

6.2. Short-term interruptions or temporary closures do not constitute grounds for membership cancellation or refunds.

6.3. In the event of prolonged closure, the Centre may at its discretion: freeze memberships automatically, extend membership periods, or offer alternative arrangements. Members will be notified as soon as is reasonably practicable.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1. Members must check in at reception with a valid membership card issued at the time of joining.

7.2. Members & all users must follow all Centre rules, health and safety instructions, and staff guidance.

7.3. Misconduct, abuse, or repeated failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7.4. Members & users must ensure their personal health is appropriate for exercise and have filled out a club PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) when joining or using the Centre.  If unsure, medical advice should be sought before using the facilities.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal information is processed in accordance with GDPR.

8.2. Ashbourne Management Services processes your personal and payment data to manage membership fees and Direct Debits.

8.3. The Centre retains membership data for operational and safety purposes.

8.4. Full privacy policies are available from both the Centre and Ashbourne Management Services.

9. Liability

9.1. Members/all users use the facilities at their own risk.

9.2. The Centre is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment or personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for negligence resulting in injury or death.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

10.1. The Centre reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

10.2. Members will be given at least 1 months’ notice of any material changes.

10.3. Continued use of the Centre after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

*Ashbourne Management Services missed payment charges:

Default letter 01 – The members usual monthly amount + 1 week pro rata charge + £20 admin fee

Default letter 02 – The members usual monthly amount + 2 week pro rata charge + £20 admin fee

Default letter 03 – The members usual monthly amount + 3 week pro rata charge + £20 admin fee

Default letter 04 – The members usual monthly amount + 4 week pro rata charge + £20 admin fee

Default letters are updated once every 7 days.

Mae’r Telerau ac Amodau hyn (“y Telerau”) yn berthnasol i holl aelodau Canolfan Hamdden Calon Tysul (“y Ganolfan”, “ni”, “ein”). Trwy gofrestru ar gyfer aelodaeth, rydych yn cytuno i gael eich rhwymo gan y Telerau hyn.

1. Rheoli Aelodaeth

1.1. Mae pob aelodaeth a thaliad Debyd Uniongyrchol ar gyfer Canolfan Hamdden Calon Tysul yn cael ei reoli ar ein rhan gan Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne.


1.2. Trwy ymrwymo i gytundeb aelodaeth, rydych yn cydnabod y bydd Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne yn gweithredu fel prosesydd data ar gyfer casglu taliadau a gweinyddu aelodaeth.
1.3. Dylid cyfeirio pob ymholiad ynghylch bilio, dyddiadau talu neu fanylion Debyd Uniongyrchol at dîm gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne.

2. Mathau o Aelodaeth a Mynediad

2.1. Mae pecynnau aelodaeth, prisiau a buddion ar gael ar ein gwefan ac wrth y dderbynfa.


2.2. Mae’r Ganolfan yn cadw’r hawl i ddiwygio, tynnu’n ôl neu ddiweddaru categorïau aelodaeth a’r buddion cysylltiedig. Pan fydd newidiadau’n effeithio’n sylweddol ar aelodau presennol, rhoddir rhybudd o un mis.

3. Taliadau Debyd Uniongyrchol

3.1. Mae ffioedd aelodaeth misol yn daladwy ymlaen llaw drwy Ddebyd Uniongyrchol a gesglir gan Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne.


3.2. Eich cyfrifoldeb chi yw sicrhau bod eich manylion banc yn gywir a bod digon o arian ar gael ar gyfer pob taliad.


3.3. Gall taliadau aflwyddiannus arwain at daliadau gweinyddol a osodir gan Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne a/neu atal mynediad nes bod y cyfrif wedi’i ddiweddaru. Gweler y manylion taliadau isod. *


3.4. Gall Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne geisio ail-gasglu taliadau Debyd Uniongyrchol sydd wedi methu.

4. Polisi Canslo

4.1. Mae angen isafswm o 30 diwrnod o rybudd i ganslo aelodaeth Debyd Uniongyrchol.


4.2. Rhaid cyflwyno hysbysiad o ganslo yn uniongyrchol i Ashbourne Management Services neu Calon Tysul drwy e-bost.

Ni all y Ganolfan brosesu cansladau yn y dderbynfa.


4.3. Bydd yr aelodaeth yn parhau’n weithredol a bydd taliadau’n parhau hyd nes y bydd y cyfnod rhybudd o 30 diwrnod wedi’i gwblhau.


4.4. Gall eich taliad terfynol, ar sail pro rata, amrywio yn ôl eich cylch bilio.


4.5. Os byddwch yn canslo’r Debyd Uniongyrchol gyda’ch banc heb ddilyn y drefn rybudd briodol, gall balans eich aelodaeth barhau’n ddyledus, a bydd Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne yn cysylltu â chi ynghylch ffioedd heb eu talu.

5. Rhewi / Oedi Aelodaeth

5.1. Gellir rhewi aelodaeth o dan rai amgylchiadau (e.e. rhesymau meddygol neu anaf dros dro), yn amodol ar gymeradwyaeth Calon Tysul neu Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne.


5.2. Efallai y bydd angen tystiolaeth i gefnogi cais i rewi.


5.3. Gall cyfnodau rhewi fod yn ddarostyngedig i ffioedd gweinyddol a osodir gan Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne.

6. Cau Annisgwyl

6.1. Gall y Ganolfan gau dros dro am resymau gan gynnwys, ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i: cynnal a chadw hanfodol, gwelliannau cyfleusterau, pryderon iechyd a diogelwch, tywydd eithafol, prinder staff, neu ddigwyddiadau y tu hwnt i reolaeth resymol.


6.2. Nid yw tarfu tymor byr na chau dros dro yn sail ar gyfer canslo aelodaeth na derbyn ad-daliadau.


6.3. Os bydd cau estynedig, gall y Ganolfan, yn ôl ei disgresiwn: rewi aelodaeth yn awtomatig, ymestyn cyfnodau aelodaeth, neu gynnig trefniadau amgen. Rhoddir gwybod i aelodau cyn gynted ag sy’n rhesymol ymarferol.

7. Cyfrifoldebau Aelodau

7.1. Rhaid i aelodau gofrestru wrth y dderbynfa gan ddefnyddio cerdyn aelodaeth dilys a roddwyd adeg ymuno.


7.2. Rhaid i aelodau ddilyn holl reolau’r Ganolfan, cyfarwyddiadau iechyd a diogelwch, ac arweiniad staff.


7.3. Gall camymddwyn, camdriniaeth neu fethu dro ar ôl tro â chydymffurfio arwain at atal neu derfynu aelodaeth heb ad-daliad.


7.4. Rhaid i aelodau sicrhau bod eu hiechyd personol yn addas ar gyfer ymarfer corff ac eu bod wedi llenwi holiadur PARQ y clwb (Holiadur Parodrwydd ar gyfer Gweithgarwch Corfforol) wrth ymuno. Os oes amheuaeth, dylid ceisio cyngor meddygol cyn defnyddio’r cyfleusterau.

8. Diogelu Data

8.1. Mae gwybodaeth bersonol yn cael ei phrosesu yn unol â GDPR.


8.2. Mae Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne yn prosesu eich data personol a thalu i reoli ffioedd aelodaeth a Debydau Uniongyrchol.


8.3. Mae’r Ganolfan yn cadw data aelodaeth at ddibenion gweithredol a diogelwch.


8.4. Mae polisïau preifatrwydd llawn ar gael gan y Ganolfan ac Gwasanaethau Rheoli Ashbourne.

9. Atebolrwydd

9.1. Mae aelodau’n defnyddio’r cyfleusterau ar eu menter eu hunain.


9.2. Nid yw’r Ganolfan yn atebol am anafiadau a achosir gan gamddefnyddio offer nac am eiddo personol a gollir, a gaiff ei ddwyn neu ei ddifrodi ar y safle.


9.3. Nid oes dim yn y Telerau hyn yn cyfyngu ar atebolrwydd am esgeulustod sy’n arwain at anaf neu farwolaeth.

10. Newidiadau i’r Telerau ac Amodau

10.1. Mae’r Ganolfan yn cadw’r hawl i ddiweddaru’r Telerau hyn ar unrhyw adeg.


10.2. Rhoddir o leiaf 1 mis o rybudd i aelodau am unrhyw newidiadau sylweddol.


10.3. Mae parhau i ddefnyddio’r Ganolfan ar ôl i’r newidiadau ddod i rym yn gyfystyr â derbyn y Telerau diwygiedig.

Llythyr diffyg talu 01 – Swm misol arferol yr aelod + tâl pro rata o 1 wythnos + ffi weinyddol o £20
Llythyr diffyg talu 02 – Swm misol arferol yr aelod + tâl pro rata o 2 wythnos + ffi weinyddol o £20
Llythyr diffyg talu 03 – Swm misol arferol yr aelod + tâl pro rata o 3 wythnos + ffi weinyddol o £20
Llythyr diffyg talu 04 – Swm misol arferol yr aelod + tâl pro rata o 4 wythnos + ffi weinyddol o £20

Caiff llythyrau diffyg talu eu diweddaru bob 7 diwrnod.
