Mae Matt wedi bod yn rheolwr Calon Tysul ers haf 2017. Cyn hynny, buodd Matt gweithio yn y maes datblygu chwaraeon am dros 15 mlynedd ar ol cwblhau gradd 'Chwaraeon a Hamdden' ym Mhrifysgol Caerloyw.
Matt has been the manager of Calon Tysul since the summer of 2017. Before that, Matt worked in the field of sports development field for over 15 years after completing a 'Sport and Leisure' degree at the University of Gloucester.
